In the city of Judoh, Claire Leonelli becomes head of the Vampire Mafia family after his father dies. To keep him and the rest of the city's criminals under control, the Bureau of Urban Safety relies on Daisuke Aurora of its Special Services Division and a powerful android known only as J, whose identity stays hidden because androids are outlawed in Judoh. With the pair on the job, criminals find little space to operate. This single special mixes action, adventure, mecha and science fiction, and appeared as episode 15, titled "Angel", in the home video release.
