A lake creature choking on humanity's garbage finds two kids who actually listen instead of running. The miracle isn't that a witch gives it wings to escape, it's that everyone stops and cleans the water first. Kitty and Mimmy don't save the day through adventure or magic, they save it by deciding the monster's home matters more than leaving.

Kitty and Mimmy head up to a lake to fish with their Papa and hear tales about the mysteries hidden there. After dark, the two girls come across a fairy and a creature that looks much like the Loch Ness monster. The monster no longer wants to stay in its home, because people dumping trash illegally have fouled the water and are driving the fish away. To help it get out, the girls call on an elderly witch who can grant the creature the power of flight, but the monster has one more request: that she clear the rubbish from the lake as well. A gentle one-episode fantasy OVA with a clear message about caring for nature.
