Four minutes, one song, and you're standing there like you just got hit. This is Ayase going back to the software that made him before YOASOBI, handing Miku a melody with syllable runs no human larynx would survive, then letting Ai Niina cut the visuals at a pace that never lets you settle into a frame. It's the official theme of Magical Mirai 2023, which means it was built to detonate in an arena full of people holding light sticks, and you can hear that intent in every hook. The action and the dread sit right on top of each other, all forward motion, no breathing room, characters existing purely to carry the thing to its next beat. Then it ends, and you queue it again immediately. Everyone does.

A music video for HERO, an original song by Ayase with vocals by Hatsune Miku. Ai Niina directed the video. The song served as the official theme for Magical Mirai 2023, a Hatsune Miku concert event. The single-episode piece carries action and psychological genre labels.
