Hiyori's world doesn't let her pick just one dream, she's chasing track times while building something real with two guys who need her more than they know it. The show moves between her exhaustion at 2 AM managing logistics and the pure electricity of watching LIP×LIP own a stage, never pretending these worlds are equal or easy to balance. Hiyori Suzumi, a 15-year-old from a coastal town, moves to Tokyo after middle school to chase her dream of running track and field at Sakuragaoka High School. Soon after her first year starts, she needs a part-time job to cover her living costs. She answers a posting for event staff and is hired as a manager-in-training for LIP×LIP, a rising male idol duo made up of Yuujirou Someya and Aizou Shibasaki, both of whom turn out to be her classmates. Hiyori quickly finds that balancing her studies, her athletic ambitions and her work is hard, especially since the idols in her care attend school with her. Based on a HoneyWorks song, the show is a coming-of-age drama with music and slice-of-life elements, following both Hiyori and the performers she supports.
