Amid global tensions, United States president Trap-kun decides the best way to build ties with Japan is to enroll at an ordinary high school as a transfer student. Rather than studying the country's culture, he uses his status to teach his classmates all about himself. He does it in rap, with verses about the burdens of his office and the many uses of his hair, winning over the Japanese students as he goes. The result is a two-episode comedy ONA built on an absurd premise.
