A short sports special commissioned by the Kariya City Tourist Association in Aichi Prefecture as a tourism promotion. Its story centers on a high school ekiden club, a team that competes in long-distance road relay running, as its members get ready for the ward tournament. Because the story is set in Kariya, the scenery behind the characters gives viewers a look at the city itself.
