Inaba Junior High School's baseball team has been losing badly ever since its senior members left. Because of those results, the players are barred from games and come close to being disbanded. Rather than falling apart, the boys grow closer under the pressure, and their wish to play only gets stronger. They train hard, hoping to win back the respect of their fellow students and teachers, and their determination carries them to victories no one expected. This one-episode sports special centers on the boys' dreams and friendship through baseball.
