This is fan service that doesn't condescend to its audience. The crew drops into absurdity with full commitment, playing off each other's energy instead of waiting for a punchline to land. The joke isn't that they're VTubers, it's that they've built enough shorthand together that four episodes of them bickering over a tropical island mystery feels like watching friends actually exist in the same space. The animation stays loose enough to let the chaos breathe. Watch this if you've ever fallen into a community so deep that the in-jokes feel like oxygen.

The three artifacts needed to bring back hololive Summer have been stolen, and hololive's leader YAGOO has vanished. Staff member Friend A, known as A-chan, rounds up the hololive members for a mission to recover the artifacts, rescue YAGOO and make sure hololive Summer can go ahead this year. Their search for the missing YAGOO brings them to a tropical island, where they run into a mysterious trio in sunglasses whose aims are unknown, along with someone called the Witch of Icy Smiles. The four episodes are animated shorts in a manga style, mixing adventure, comedy and slice of life.
