Christopher finds a ghost ship on Mars and meets a girl who shouldn't exist. The story moves slow, lets silence fill the spaces between dialogue, treats first contact like a private conversation instead of a spectacle. What starts as a rescue mission becomes something quieter: two people meeting across three years of isolation, figuring out what it means to be alive when nobody's looking for you anymore.

In 2124, Christopher is surveying Mars on a research expedition when he comes across a commercial vessel from Earth that vanished three years earlier. With little hope that anyone survived, he goes aboard to search for the passengers and crew left behind on the planet. Inside he meets Cyane, the ghost of a girl who was a passenger on the ship. Lonely and bound to Mars, she wants Christopher to play with her. A short sci-fi ONA with a supernatural twist, it was one of four short films screened at Animenotane 2021.
