A world where men simply vanished, and women had to choose between extinction and becoming something else. The three episodes move like a knife, no setup wasted, every scene pulling you toward a question the show refuses to answer cleanly. The animation looks like it was made in 1994 even though it's 2007, which somehow makes the bleakness feel more real, more lived-in. You watch a woman who has accepted nothing fight for a future that may not include anyone like her at all.

In 2010, a sweeping environmental change and an unidentified contaminant kill off every man on Earth, leaving only women alive. Nature has taken back most of the planet, and the survivors gather in a few small pockets of territory. The heart of Tokyo is one of these remaining places, but its inhabitants are split by opposing principles about their future. Some have accepted that their kind will die out and simply enjoy the time they have. Others turn to science in the hope of keeping the species going. When a specimen known as ICE appears to offer a chance of saving humanity, a struggle over it breaks out. Sci-fi action plays out across three OVA episodes.
