Nobody expects a LINE sticker character to have this much personality. Kusohamu arrives as pure chaos, a space hamster with zero chill, zero filter, just immediate commitment to whatever ridiculous bit is happening that episode. It's the kind of show that exists in the margins of anime, asks nothing of you except to be there for 24 minutes, and somehow lands harder than productions ten times its budget. You watch it when you need proof that anime can still be dumb and honest and completely okay with that. The show knows exactly what it is: a celebration of a character nobody took seriously, treated with total sincerity.

Kusohamu-chan is a hamster that came to Earth from space, and it first became known as a stamp character on the LINE messaging app. This comedy ONA runs 24 episodes and was released in 2021 to mark the character's birthday as a LINE stamp. The episodes were first offered free for 24 hours through the Manga ONE app and the official Kusohamu-chan YouTube channel.
