Kiyoneko takes the absurdist energy of a Discord server and builds a comedy around a protagonist so committed to being useless that the show loops back into sincerity without losing momentum. The humor lands because it's not trying to be clever about the format. It just is weird, stays weird, and finds something real underneath the chaos. Ten episodes of pure tonal whiplash where you're laughing at the stupidity until you realize the show actually cares about its characters.
