Picking up right after Ikkitousen: Xtreme Xecutor, the Nanyo Academy students travel to Kyoto on a class trip, and so do other schools from the Kanto region, including Seito High. The visit turns out to have a purpose: gathering tsuba to boost their spiritual power and physical strength. Old rivalries between the Kanto schools soon flare up, and Kyoto's own fighters arrive in force to challenge the visitors. Between a bus race, bodiless Reikon and the local toushi, the historic city takes a beating in this action-heavy ecchi OVA.
