Two hours of nothing but racing, eurobeat, and the sound of tires finding grip on mountain asphalt. No dialogue to interrupt the flow, no character moments to slow it down, just the pure mechanics of speed and the cars themselves as the only story that matters. If you've watched Fifth and Final Stage, you already know these races; this OVA strips them down to their skeleton and lets the soundtrack and animation do what Initial D does better than anything else on screen.

Initial D Battle Stage 3 is a single-episode compilation OVA and the final installment of the Initial D series. It gathers every race from Fifth Stage and Final Stage into one package. The earlier Battle Stages added new battles, but this one presents only races that already aired, and it cuts out all character dialogue. What remains is pure racing action, aimed at viewers who want the races without the story in between.
