Hoichiro Ohma has a secret life. To everyone around him, he is a quiet, modest office worker, and not even his girlfriend Nanase imagines there is more to him. In truth he is a Judge of Darkness. When someone is murdered, dies by suicide with a curse on their lips, or has a death that calls for judgment, Ohma appears. Bound by the Laws of Darkness, he carries a book made from human skin and keeps a strange parrot at his side. He hands down sentences on living criminals who would otherwise escape punishment, in a single-episode OVA that blends action, horror and the supernatural.
