You already know if you want this. It's forty-five minutes of the girls being exactly who they are, nervous before a live show, eating cake backstage, playing music that matters to them and nobody else. The OVA doesn't try to be anything bigger than that. It knows you came back for more of this specific warmth, and it delivers it without apology.

A friend of Ritsu's from middle school asks Houkago Tea Time to play a live house show on New Year's Eve. The lineup is carefree guitarist Yui, shy bassist Mio, gentle keyboardist Tsumugi, teasing drummer Ritsu and Azusa, the younger but more mature rhythm guitarist. At the show they get to know members of other bands, including Love Crysis, the group that invited them. As their set draws near, nerves start creeping in. Will they win over the crowd? This one-episode comedy and music OVA is a slice-of-life outing with the band.
