Zorori is a fox who loves pranks and dreams of becoming the Prince of Mischief, complete with a castle of his own and a lovely bride. His scheming tends to go wrong, and his targets often come out ahead or even cheered up, much to his annoyance. Still, he is clever enough to slip out of the tightest spots. He travels with the twin boars Ishishi and Noshishi, hoping to show his late mother, Mama Zorori, that he can make his dreams come true. This single comedic adventure OVA from 1989 was the first anime take on the Kaiketsu Zorori picture books, and it adapts three of their stories.
