Haruka Minazuki and Aoi Kannazuki are best friends in their first year of high school. By day they pitch in with school activities, and by night they become Red Angel and Blue Angel, the Twin Angel team, foiling Black Auction and other villains. At St. Cerise Academy, everyone is getting ready for the 100th school festival, and the two girls are working hard rehearsing a stage production called the Twin Angel Show. A few days before the festival, a book goes missing from the Academy Chapel.
