Kidou Keisatsu Patlabor EZY File 2 is a three-episode mecha OVA and the second part of Patlabor EZY. It continues the setting of File 1, where rapidly advancing technology has put humanoid machines called Labors to work across every industry and given rise to Labor crime. To counter it, the Metropolitan Police Department runs the Special Vehicle Section No.2, a unit of patrol Labors known as Patlabors. The OVA is set to open with a limited theatrical pre-screening on August 14, 2026.
