This is the one that reminds you Kinnikuman never needed a serious bone in its body to land a real finisher. Fresh off Planet Metro, where Octopus Dragon lifted Mari and the championship belt and the Justice Chojin had to wrestle them back, Suguru gets another theatrical romp built on the same engine: goofball panic, a hero who trips over his own feet for eight minutes and then plants them, and a ring that can be anywhere. Yudetamago's designs are pure 1984 Toei, thick lines, loud colors, chojin silhouettes you can identify from across the room. No trauma, no grand thesis, just Justice Chojin solidarity and slapstick that earns its cheer. You watch it for the same reason you watched wrestling as a kid, because the dumb guy refuses to stay down.

The mighty Horumon Clan and the Kinniku Clan have been rivals for years, but now the Horumon line is close to dying out. Bibinba, the last daughter of the Horumon Clan, sets out to assassinate Kinnikuman and ends up falling in love with him instead. Her father, Horumon Yaki, turns to Shishkeba Boo of the Barbecue Clan for help and promises him Bibinba's hand in marriage. Shishkeba Boo, in turn, has teamed up with the Black Emperor, who wants to destroy Kinnikuman, and two spies have learned where Kinnikuman is and are on their way to Earth. The 1984 film mixes action, comedy and sports.
