A kid who spent years dreaming of a magical world finally gets there, only to discover the dreams were real all along, and now he's the only one who can save it. Ginta Toramizu dreams every night of a magical world, and although others mock him for it, his friend Koyuki believes in him. One day a large door appears before him and summons him to MAR Heaven, a land where people use weapons called ARMS. His delight at finding the world of his dreams soon gives way to harder truths: terrible wars once ravaged the realm, and another may be coming. As he travels, Ginta meets new companions, gains fighting abilities and sees firsthand how harsh this land can be. The result is a fantasy adventure that mixes action with comedy.
