Mantarou, better known as Kid Muscle, and his friends set out to rescue a princess. To do it, they have to track down a special ginseng, and the search turns into a clash of superhumans competing over the same prize. Partway through, Kevin Mask joins the group. The film blends action and comedy with drama and a touch of romance, pairing big superhuman battles with lighter moments along the way.
