This is a PSA that understands the bit. Kinnikuman's absurdist energy doesn't get neutered for the safety message, it leans into it, treating traffic rules like a wrestling match where the opponent is your own recklessness. Five minutes of pure genre joke: superhero wrestlers explaining why you stop at red lights, delivered with the same intensity they'd use to prevent the world from ending.

Kinnikuman and the rest of the cast from the franchise star in a short traffic safety film. The single-episode OVA is a comedy that puts these familiar characters to work delivering a road safety message. In 2008 it was also included as an extra on the bonus disc of the Kinnikuman Complete DVD-Box Set.
