Fifth grader Hsiao Hsia and her closest friends spend their summer vacation posing as "Venusians," pulling pranks on adults whose love lives are in trouble. To their surprise, the pranks work, the Venusians become famous, and the kids end up founding the Venusians Agency to counsel people with romantic problems. With seven days of vacation left, Hsia finds herself weighed down by worries of her own. Her days as a Venusian go on until she meets Ching Tien, a blonde woman, and the two connect over what each is struggling with. From there things begin to change, and both of them start searching for what love really means. The film mixes comedy and romance around kids playing advice givers.
