This is quiet and specific in ways most romance anime aren't. Kase is outgoing, tomboyish and popular, while Yamada is timid and has never been in a relationship. For all their differences, they try to understand and support one another as they feel the thrill of first love. Getting together was hard enough, but keeping their new romance growing brings its own challenges.
