Megumu and Mitsuru Kobayashi are twins at separate schools, one for girls and one for boys. Tired of being around only their own gender, they trade places and attend class as each other. Their secret holds for a while, but romance soon muddies things. While posing as her brother, Megumu makes an earnest confession and ends up kissing the upperclassman Aoi Sanada, who has always been awkward around girls and now wonders whether he likes boys. Meanwhile, Mitsuru catches Azusa Tokugawa, the proud queen of the school, in a vulnerable moment, and her heart races while she is in his arms. Both pairs grow close, yet nobody has learned about the swap. The two-episode romance OVA came bundled with limited editions of the shoujo manga.
