Kazuma's stuck in a choker that tightens every second his wish doesn't come true, and the show spends twenty minutes watching him panic while everyone else treats it like background noise. The comedy lives in that gap between life-or-death stakes and the party's complete indifference to whether he survives it. This is KonoSuba at its purest: absurd setup, perfect timing, characters too selfish or stupid to care that their friend is literally being strangled.

Kazuma picks up a mysterious choker at Wiz's shop and casually slips it on, only to learn it is a magical accessory with a brutal catch: it grants a wish, but it will strangle its wearer within four days unless that wish is fulfilled. Worse, Kazuma cannot remember what he wished for. With the choker tightening around his neck, his party has to go along with his every whim to save his life. Wiz offers her lap as a pillow, Darkness does push-ups, Megumin and her self-proclaimed rival Yunyun play strip rock paper scissors, and Aqua runs errands. A standalone comedy episode bundled with the ninth light novel volume, it leans hard into fanservice and fantasy silliness.
