Kise's rise from arrogant transfer student to someone the team actually respects happens in twenty minutes, and the show makes every second count. You see exactly why his talent matters alongside his hunger to prove something. This is what a supplement should be: not filler, but the missing piece that makes the main story click harder when you go back to it.

The championship tournament pushes toward its climax, and the rivalry between Aomine and Kise reaches a fever pitch. With the match hanging in perfect balance, neither player willing to give an inch, the outcome remains genuinely unpredictable. The special also looks back at Kuroko's own history, from the days when he belonged to the Generation of Miracles. Released as episode 22.5 alongside the eighth BD/DVD volume, this sports comedy lets humor break through the pressure when it can, lightening the weight of competition without undercutting what's at stake. For viewers already invested in Kuroko's world, it offers extra time with the tournament and its players.
