After civilization collapses, overgrown cities crumble into ruin while human greed carries on unchanged. The treasure hunter Riot and his companions go looking for the Eyes of Zalem, hoping they will lead to the Rido, a treasure left by the lost Quall civilization. The Rido is said to offer limitless energy and even the power to bring back life, and a fiery young woman named Yuta holds the key to reaching it. But Riot isn't alone in this hunt: the evil Demsters want the Rido too. The OVA pairs this treasure race with power armour, high technology and mecha action.
