Licca is walking home from a piano lesson when a mysterious bracelet suddenly falls from the sky. Finding it leads her into an adventure with a being called Lunar and his sidekick Arque, and together they set out to save the dawn. The two-episode fantasy adventure OVA from 1991 is the second part of a series made to promote the Licca dolls from Takara/Tomy, and the OVAs were later adapted into a television series in 1998.
