Licca, the character from Japan's popular doll line, heads off on vacation with her father. They travel to a town in the mountains that hosts a festival of the stars, a celebration with a mystical history. Licca learns that the festival's mystical side is more real than she thought when she lands right in the middle of a mystical battle over it. Along the way she also encounters a mysterious cat. A one-episode fantasy adventure, it was first made for theaters in 1994 but only came out on video in 1997.
