In the near future, Earth can no longer sustain life, and humanity survives among the stars as androids and humans merge into a single species out of necessity. Something essential has been lost along the way: love, intimacy and family bonds have faded into near legend. Atterion, an android fighter pilot, falls captive to an alien race called the Quadropods, who pull an energy source named Sentia out of his memory. During the extraction he wakes to the hidden power of his human heart. The six-minute 3D short takes its visual cues from Hajime Sorayama's gynoid illustrations and comes from Studio 4°C and Shirogumi working with filmmaker Rashad Haughton, with Tatsuyuki Tanaka directing the art.
