Luo Xiaohei returns in this second season of Luo Xiaohei Zhan Ji, a 12-episode web series mixing action, adventure, comedy and the supernatural. The franchise centers on Luo Xiaohei, a small black cat taken in off the street by a young girl, Luo Xiaobai, who gives him his name.
