A kid sister gets magical girl powers and immediately decides the best use is stopping her brother from being an idiot. The show treats this as the obvious, correct priority, and never breaks character about it. Pixy Misa shows up to cause problems, but the real chaos is Ryoko and Ayeka's endless feud accidentally sabotaging everything, which is exactly the kind of comedy that only works when you already know these characters. Three episodes is the perfect length to keep the energy up without overstaying the joke.

Sasami has always been a little bit neat, and now she has been filled with magic of her own. She plans to use it to fix the things that are wrong with the Earth, and also to keep her brother Tenchi out of trouble. Trouble comes anyway, this time from the mysterious Pixy Misa, and the usual fighting between Ryoko and Ayeka does nothing to make Sasami's job easier. Across three episodes, this comedy OVA puts a playful spin on the magical girl formula.
