SYNOPSIS
Two sisters make their living as curse-workers in a magical realm, wielding spells to solve problems for paying clients. When an enormous tree sprouts in their forest overnight, its branches wrapped around structures that shouldn't exist in their world, curiosity pulls them toward the anomaly. What they find is a gateway between dimensions, and stepping through lands them in our modern world with no way back. The sisters stumble upon two ordinary kids who panic at the sight of these strange newcomers. When the children rush home seeking safety, they discover something far worse: their parents have been transformed into monsters. Now the curse-workers find themselves caught between worlds, forced to use their magic to untangle a mystery that connects a supernatural infection spreading through human society to the impossible tree that brought them here. Survival means figuring out whether the two worlds' sudden collision is accident or something more deliberately sinister.
