Man Tou is an orphan who has never had parents to look after him, and beneath his cheerful, resilient nature he carries a quiet loneliness. He works hard and stays kind, yet others mock and bully him for having no family. More than anything he wants love and a true friend, someone who has not yet come into his life. His future is unclear, but Man Tou holds on to the belief that if he keeps working and keeps offering love to others, he will one day find a place to call home.
