Roboco's comedy lives in the gap between what Taira thinks is happening and what's actually happening, and the movie rips that gap wide open by flooding it with every possible version of her at once. The chaos isn't loud or frantic, it lands because the show has spent an entire series earning your trust in these two, so when the multiverse shows up, you're watching something genuinely precious get complicated. A ten-year-old and his robot maid trying to fix reality together hits different when you've already watched them fix regular Tuesday mornings.

Ten-year-old Taira Bondo is an ordinary grade schooler whose everyday life plays out like a comedy, with his OrderMaid Roboco at his side. Then Roboco's knee picks up an unexpected alert: someone has thrown space-time out of order, and Robocos from across the multiverse start converging. This feature-length entry in the franchise adapts Miyazaki Shuuhei's gag manga, pairing sci-fi multiverse chaos with slice-of-life comedy.
