A ragtag unit of cop girls reassembled for one last job, each one a walking action-comedy archetype that somehow makes it work anyway. The OVA format means no filler, no padding, just six episodes of pure "let's go break stuff and crack jokes while we're at it." Studio Gonzo's budget shows in the animation, but the premise doesn't need to look expensive to land, and it knows exactly what it is without pretending to be anything deeper.

Meltylancer is a unit of the Galaxy Police Organization made up of six girls, each with her own particular skills and talents. The unit was disbanded a year ago, but a new threat forces the GPO to call every member back. Under a new commander and with a new aide at their side, Meltylancer returns to duty in this six-episode science fiction OVA that mixes adventure with comedy.
