Two immortals who ate mermaid flesh centuries ago show up at the wrong house on the wrong day, and what they find there makes eternal life feel like a curse worth breaking. Yuta and Mana have become immortal by eating the flesh of a mermaid, and they wander across Japan together hoping to find some meaning in their existence, or even a way to undo it.
