A frightened woman named Ryoko hires private detective Goku to find her missing brother Ryu, and Goku senses from the start that this is no ordinary case. Goku agrees to protect her from her stepfather's soldiers while he searches. Ryu is the victim of a cruel military experiment that went wrong, and he leaves a trail of bodies behind him with no wish to be found or rescued. Without treatment he will soon turn into a mindless, violent superbeing. The man Goku is paid to save might be the very thing he needs to kill. With a supercomputer implanted in his left eye and his sceptre, Goku must decide whether Ryu can still be saved or must be stopped before the change is complete. This one-episode OVA mixes action, mystery and science fiction.
