This is a show that exists to roast the guy obsessed with it. Mina knows exactly what it is, a deliberately cheap, self-aware joke about an otaku so deep in his own taste that he's built his entire identity around a fictional bunny girl. The comedy lives in the gap between what Mina pretends to be and what it actually is, which means you're either in on the joke or you're the joke.

Once humanity makes contact with alien civilizations, it turns out people are the only species that ever invented sports, and extraterrestrial fans become obsessed. The most zealous of them disrupt stadiums, trying to join matches or demanding a better spectacle, until a treaty bans meddling in other worlds' cultures. Rabbit Force, a team of transforming girls with a bunny theme, is charged with enforcing that pact and catching anyone who breaks it. This sci-fi comedy is a spin-off of the Densha Otoko TV drama, where it is the favorite anime of the otaku Yamada, and its heroine is a tribute to the bunny girl from Gainax's Daicon animation.
