A dad so obsessed with penguins that he weaponizes them against his own daughter's hatred. Tamaki and Minori tear through the neighborhood fixing whatever chaos he caused, one ridiculous invention at a time. Tamaki is an ordinary elementary schooler with an unusual problem: her father, Dr. Yagiyama, is a penguin researcher who is absolutely obsessed with the birds. His endless lectures on the subject have left her unable to stand penguins, and he is determined to fix that. His solution is to build Minori, a penguin android, hoping the robot will help Tamaki get over her aversion. Instead, the two keep landing in trouble, running around the neighborhood to clean up the messes her father causes. This single OVA episode is a comedy adapted from Chihaya Mikage's manga of the same name, which ran in Manga Time Kirara Forward.
