As an alien threat known as the ELS arrives, Celestial Being and its Gundam Meisters launch their final mission to protect humanity, joining forces with old rivals. Setsuna F. Seiei, whose own Innovator powers have awakened, is on the verge of learning the true purpose of his evolution and the meaning of the dialogues humanity was prepared for.
