As the Turn A Gundam's Moonlight Butterfly starts turning civilization to dust, the ghosts of Amuro Ray and Lalah Sune revisit the history of the Universal Century. This single-episode mecha and sci-fi special serves as a recap of that timeline. It was made as a bonus video for the first four volumes of the U.C. Gundam Blu-ray Library re-releases, marking the franchise's 40th anniversary, and its story was written by Harutoshi Fukui.
