A cat girl sings about eating cute food and the animation just lets her be joyful for three minutes straight. Makoto Yamashita animates every bite, every head tilt, every satisfied expression like it matters. The song gets stuck in your head because it's designed to, and you stop resisting it after the first loop. This is comfort food as a music video. It knows exactly what it is and refuses to apologize for it.

Nekomata Okayu's debut original song gets a music video animated by Makoto Yamashita. The track MOGU MOGU YUMMY! pairs its music with Yamashita's animation in a single short episode. Okayu premiered the song during her 3D birthday livestream on YouTube on February 22, 2021, and the complete music video was later released on her own YouTube channel. Viewers who follow her work get an animated take on her first original piece.
