Bonolon is a warrior who lives in a forest of great oaks. He is enormous and orange, but he is only nine years old. Young as he is, he has a firm sense of right and wrong and wants to grow into someone others can count on. When people are sad or in trouble, their tears travel through the roots of the oaks and tell Bonolon how they feel. He then comes out of the great trees to help them with their problems and to make their wishes come true. The short episodes pair fantasy with small adventures.
