Jin Clice is a dashing ladies' man and a special agent in Japan's elite espionage program. When the KGB leaves him mortally wounded, his superiors refuse to lose an agent they have spent so much money on. Unable to pay for turning him into a cyborg, the government moves his personality into the body of a tennis player who has just died, a beautiful young woman. The suave spy who once played the James Bond role now finds himself in the position of the Bond girl, in an action adventure comedy built around that reversal.
