Mr. Osomatsu the Movie: Prologue Theater gathers six comedy shorts made as prologues to Mr. Osomatsu The Movie. A single short played in theaters for each week the film was showing, and all six were later added to the movie's BD/DVD release. In them, the boys break the fourth wall to fret about their own film hitting theaters, turning the run-up to the premiere into a joke of its own.
