Nobody talks about this one, and that's the tragedy. The show spends twelve minutes per episode wandering through Urawa with the energy of a local tourism board that accidentally hired someone who hates their job, and the disconnect between what it's trying to sell you and what actually happens on screen creates this perfect, unintentional absurdist comedy that gets funnier the more you realize it's completely sincere. The animation stutters and the CGI looks like it was rendered on a potato, but that brittleness becomes part of the charm, it makes every frame feel like you're watching someone's fever dream of promotional content. This is a show that knows exactly what it is and has completely given up pretending otherwise.

The Urawa crew is back in this short-format comedy sequel to Urawa no Usagi-chan. Summer break has arrived, and the eight members of the Urawa Third High School Railroad Club, Usagi, Tokiwa, Minami, Midori, Sakura, Saiko, Kojika and Misono, are having a great time at the neighborhood pool. The fun stops when Saiko tells them the club is set to be shut down. The girls have to work together if they want to keep the club they love alive.
