Najica Hiiragi is a perfumer who also works as a secret agent, sent on a string of missions to recover rogue humaritts, androids built with combat abilities. She is given a partner, Lila, who is a humaritt herself. Najica is expected to groom Lila as an agent while relying on her help in the field. As Najica slowly comes to accept Lila, each new assignment reveals more about what humaritts can do and about their mysterious origins.
